Jobs in Progress

We currently have three real estate development projects going in various stages.  The first is a new single family residence for our company president and chief financial officer (Matt & Julie Yager).  This custom home will be made with lumber and solid wood beams made from trees on the owner’s property.  The home will have a metal roof for fire resistance and longevity and it will be sided with redwood siding, which will also be sawn from the owner’s property.

The second project that we are working on is developing a house site for our neighbors.  We were asked to build an access road / driveway and clear the timber for a house site. We have completed this work and will be doing more work on this parcel as the owners' plans unfold.

The third project that we are working on is developing 62 acres of land that we are currently in the process of buying. This land is within walking distance of the Navarro State Beach and the Pacific Ocean.  It is located along the Navarro River and has river frontage.  It is on the Mendocino coastline about 15 minutes from the historic town of Mendocino. The land is heavily forested with coastal pine, grand fir, alder, tan oak, and a few scattered redwood trees.  We are planning on building some very nice “Green” homes on these parcels.
