Our Story

The story of Sequoia Vista Enterprises began decades ago with two "back to the land" hippies.  Little did they know the the land was more valuable for timber farming than for a hippie comune! Our Vice President, David Yager, had a finish carpenter / millwork business that made heart redwood Victorian trim, corbels (brackets), baulesters, and door & window casings/trim.  

Sequoia Vista is made up of three divisions:

• Noah’s Arc Welding and Fabrication, started in 1996.
• The Wood Products division was formed in 2004.
• The creation of a Limited Liability Corporation for real estate development.

 We’re also working toward creating a Limited Liability Corporation for real estate development. This is being done in partnership with Matt’s brother Josh Yager who is a Certified Financial Planner and Attorney in Southern California.  The company president, Matt Yager, is a California licensed welding contractor, licensed general contractor, licensed timber operator, licensed real estate agent, certified welding inspector, certified welding technician, expert welder, and a few other things.  Matt's father, David Yager works with him in the Wood Products division doing internet marketing, group presentations, and demonstrations.
